Coaching ride-alongs aren't a great use of a manager's time, and stop being objective if the manager takes over the call. ROCKET allows salespeople to drive the sale. It captures a recording of the customer interaction in its purest form.
Rep uploads voicetrack
Salespeople in call centres drag & drop recordings to their ROCKET Launchpad portal. Those who sell face to face use the LaunchpadGO smartphone app. Files are tagged with data on the account, deal name and stage of sale, to allow for CRM tracking.
Manager listens to sales call
Managers login to their ROCKET Cockpit portal. Sales calls ready for analysis appear in an Inbox. They play each call, and record time-coded tips. They score SalesDNA relevant to the stage of sale.
Manager uploads scorecard
Managers complete their scoring session by choosing videos from a pre-recorded library which they decide are relevant to the salesperson'. ROCKET comes with 18 skills videos. Bespoke titles on selling your specific products can be produced on request.
Rep reviews scorecard
When a sales manager saves a scorecard in their Cockpit, it copies to the salesperson's Launchpad inbox. They review their SalesDNA score for that call, listen to the manager's verbal notes, and watch the skills refresher videos as preparation for coaching.
Rep coached by manager
ROCKET allows manager-to-salesperson coaching sessions to be run efficiently in person or remotely. The SalesDNA scorecard gives context and content. The manager uses the time to help their salesperson practice, rehearse and strengthen specific skills.
